Tuition & Fees
During the summer, there are no in-state or out-of-state and no full-time or part-time fees
Financial Aid
Summer session is considered to be the end of the academic year; therefore, the amount of financial aid money left to be awarded is very limited. The most common type of financial aid available is the Direct Ford Loan.
Payment Options
All payments are due prior to, or on, the first day of class for which a student is enrolled.
Other Fees
Other Fees that may apply to you include: New Student Application Fee, Late Registration Fee, Petition Fees, Transcript Fee, Diploma Fees, Special Lab and Course Fees, and In-Service Fees.
UI Faculty, Staff & their Spouses
Under the Employee Educational Assistance Program, salaried University of Idaho employees on regular appointment who work at least half time may enroll at the University for a $20 registration fee plus $5 per credit and any special course fees that may apply.

Please remember, refunds are limited and fall within a very condensed time frame. Plan accordingly so you aren’t surprised.
